 Suggested Use:

1) Wash your face with warm water./ Lavez votre visage à l'eau tiède.

2) Toss a 1/4 cup of herbs into a bowl and pour some just boiled water over the herbs./Mélangez 1/4 tasse d'herbes dans un bol et versez un peu d'eau bouillie sur les herbes

3) Make a tent over your head with a clean towel./Faites une tente au-dessus de votre tête avec une serviette propre. 

4) Breathe deep and relax for 10 minutes./ Respirez profondément et détendez-vous pendant 10 minutes.

 5) Repeat each week (enough for 5 weeks)./ Répétez chaque semaine (assez pour 5 semaines).
