Rug Care & Maintenance:

Cleaning: Do not wash. Vacuum (preferably one without beater bars) regularly and spot clean; for hard-to-remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended; rotating your rugs every 3-6 months will protect against uneven wear from foot traffic and furniture weight.

Stain Removal: Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.

Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles.

Avoid direct sunlight as it will cause the colors in your area rug to fade over time; place your area rug away from direct sunlight whenever possible

New jute rugs may shed for some time. After some time the shedding will stop on its own.

If any loose end is found simply cut it at the point from where it is spreading out. Don't pull and pluck.

• The images and product dimensions are as accurate as possible. Due to differences in computer monitors, some rug colors may vary slightly.
• Packing and shipping of your rug may cause temporary creases; these surface waves are not imperfections or damages and will gradually recede; back-rolling or reverse rolling is the fastest and easiest way to remove creases in your area rug; allow ample time for your rug to settle, these creases and waves will normally flatten out.
• We conduct quality inspection of each product before dispatching it to the customer.
• Sizes 10x14 Feet or higher shall be folded and sent instead of being rolled as per air cargo rules and convenience.

Goods will ship as soon as the payment has been cleared by Paypal. Make sure to provide the correct and updated communication preferences.

Goods are delivered within 6-9 days (Domestic) and 10-15 days (International) post dispatch, except for orders placed on Sundays and National holidays. In such case the order is processed on the next working day.
