Ingredients: Precooked corn flour, dried summer truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavouring. The product does not contain and does not come from genetically modified organisms. Gluten free.

Expiration date: 18 months.

How to use: Sprinkle the flour into 1.5 liters of cold, already salted water, bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk for about 5/6 minutes, always in the same direction.
