Turmeric is thought to be beneficial for several different components of the digestive system with its  anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

USAGE:  You may use this in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle, you know more fun, more exercise, more real food and lots of tea!  This package will yield approximately 30 cups of brewed tea. PREPARATION:  Place 1 heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 6 oz of hot to boiling water into an infuser or filter.  Allow tea to steep for 3 to 5 minutes, remove infuser/filter with leaves and enjoy.
