Application
Before going to bed or whenever relaxation is desired, warm the Sweet Dreams body oil in your hands and apply to the entire body, massaging gently. Ideal also for an abdominal massage. Thanks to roman chamomile, the oil has a strong antispasmodic effect and helps with colic and abdominal pain.
