Designed for border patrol, search & rescue and military operations, the Xenide can project its primary beam over 3,000 feet with ample peripheral illumination on your target. Dual function German made Auerswald HID electronic ballast, the low beam produces 3200 lumens with a run time. The light head is precision CNC machined from 6061 aerospace aluminum, Mil-A-hard anodized Matt Black and the reflector is electroformed for maximum beam transfer. The design of the light head and reflector insures the beam is never out of focus. The lithium-ion rechargeable battery is potted in the same aerospace aluminum housing. A protective circuit controls battery charge to insure proper charging and protect against over under charge condition. Designed with professional users in mind, no detail has been compromised. Water pressure tested to 50 meters, the can double as a powerful dive light. The bottom of the light grip is fit with brass countersunk inserts to fit standard tripods. The ABS plastic hand grip is long enough so it can be hung by belt, vest, moly strap, or carry packs. The magnetic on and off switch easily controls activation of both high and low modes. Rotating the switch just behind the light head counter clockwise activates the 3200 lumen low mode. Turning the switch clockwise activates the 5300 lumen high mode. Rotating the switch opposite the direction turns the light off, continuing in that direction activates the other mode.
