Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you need to return the Automatic Water Bowl, please ensure it is unopened and in brand new condition. The return must be organized by the customer, and once received and verified, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee. An additional return charge, equivalent to the initial shipping cost, will be deducted for returns due to customer error. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of personal use items.
