The internal diameter size is 11.3mm, with a palm width of 21mm and a barrel length of 24mm. The full length of each lug is 54mm, and the A/F hex size is 11.5mm. Made from Copper Grade C11000, these lugs are built to last.

Conductive Material

Our Copper Lugs are made from 99.9% pure copper, ensuring excellent conductivity. The oxygen content is kept at 30, with a tensile strength of 205 Mpa minimum and a ductile rating of 40%. The final metal state is fully annealed, and the electroplating material used is tin, also 99.9% pure. The thickness of the plating ranges from 5 to 10 microns, providing additional protection against corrosion.

These lugs boast a total conductivity of 99.9% IACS and a total resistivity of 1.72 micro-ohm cm, making them highly efficient for electrical applications.
