How to Use the Insta Crimp Tool

Using the Insta Crimp Tool is straightforward. Follow these simple instructions for optimal results:

1. Strip the outer cable sheath approximately 30mm.
2. Cut off any separator or nylon string flush with the cable sheath, being careful not to nick the conductors.
3. Fan out the 8 wires and arrange them in the color code 568A, ensuring they are flat and neatly lined up.
4. Insert the wires through the crimp tool with excess wire protruding out the front.
5. Insert the plug into the correct position on the crimping tool.
6. Squeeze the tool firmly to terminate the wires and cut off any excess cable length.
