The Avonlea Face Mask is designed in a regular size, making it suitable for most adults and tweens. For larger individuals, we recommend our Classic Large mask, which accommodates bigger faces and is beard-friendly.

Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and hygiene of your Avonlea Face Mask, follow these care instructions:

1. Wash the mask in warm or hot water before using it for the first time.
2. It is recommended to wash the mask after every use.
3. The fabric has been pre-washed to maintain its shape and size, but it may still shrink if dried in the dryer. We suggest tumble drying on low or line drying for best results.

Each mask is made from 100% woven cotton, featuring a comfortable elastic trim that ensures a secure fit. The dimensions of the mask are approximately 2.75 inches in height, 8.14 inches at the nose, and 7.125 inches at the chin. The pocket opening allows for the insertion of various filter options, including additional fabric layers, PM2.5 filters, disposable HEPA filters, coffee filters, and vacuum filters. Please remember to change filters between each use, as they are not included with the mask.

Health and Safety

Developed in partnership with physician consultant Dr. Jordan Lee Tate, MD, MPH, the Avonlea Face Mask serves as a protective cover for N95 masks. While it functions as a physical barrier, it is important to note that this mask is not a substitute for N95 or surgical masks and is not FDA approved. When used correctly, the Avonlea Face Mask can help reduce person-to-person droplet transmission.

Returns and Shipping Information

As a personal use item, the Avonlea Face Mask cannot be returned unless it is unopened. If you order multiple masks, we recommend opening one to ensure it fits properly, allowing you to return the others if necessary. Please be aware that quantities of each print are limited, and once a print is sold out, it may not be restocked. Variations may occur within each print, and we do not guarantee that products will match photos exactly.
