3. The fabric has been pre-washed to maintain its shape and size, but it is 97% cotton and may shrink if dried in the dryer. For best results, tumble dry on low or line dry.

Filter Options

The pocket opening allows you to insert various filter options, including additional fabric layers (felt, flannel, cotton), PM2.5 filters, disposable HEPA filters, coffee filters, and vacuum filters. Please remember to change filters between each use for optimal protection. Note that filters are not included with the mask.

Returns Policy

As a personal use item, the Gramercy Large Face Mask cannot be returned unless it is unopened. If you order multiple masks, we recommend opening one to ensure it fits properly, allowing you to be eligible for a return if necessary.

Shipping Information

Please note that since June, we have been experiencing extreme delays with some packages. What would normally ship within a 3-5 day turnaround may take up to a month. We will issue a tracking number and deliver the package to UPS within 2 business days, but the duration of the package in transit is beyond our control. Keep this in mind when placing your order.
