Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your Lucy Ivory Face Mask, follow these care instructions:

1. Wash the mask in warm or hot water before using it for the first time.
2. It is recommended to wash the mask after every use to maintain hygiene.
3. The fabric has been pre-washed to maintain its shape and size, but since it is 97% cotton, it may still shrink if dried in the dryer. We recommend tumble drying on low or line drying for best results.

It is important to note that this mask was developed in partnership with physician consultant Dr. Jordan Lee Tate, MD, MPH. While it serves as a protective cover for N95 masks, it is a 2-ply pocketed fabric mask that functions as a physical barrier. When paired with a filtered insert, it offers enhanced protection. However, it is not a substitute for N95 or surgical masks and is NOT FDA approved. Used correctly, our masks can help reduce person-to-person droplet transmission.

Returns and Shipping Information

As a personal use item, the Lucy Ivory Face Mask cannot be returned unless it is unopened. If you order multiple masks, we recommend opening one to ensure it fits properly, allowing you to be eligible for a return if necessary. Please note that quantities are limited for each print, and once a print is sold out, it may not be restocked. Variations may occur within each print, and we do not guarantee that products will match photos exactly.

Due to ongoing shipping delays, packages that would typically ship within 3-5 days may take up to a month to arrive. We will issue a tracking number and deliver the package to UPS within 2 business days, but the duration of the package in transit is beyond our control. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
