Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and longevity of your Tuscany Face Mask, follow these care instructions:

1. Wash the mask in warm or hot water before first use.
2. It is recommended to wash the mask after every use.
3. Although the fabric has been pre-washed, it may still shrink if dried in the dryer. For best results, tumble dry on low or line dry.

Filter Options

The Tuscany Face Mask includes a pocket opening for filter insertion, allowing you to enhance your protection. You can use various filter materials, including:

• Additional fabric layers (felt, flannel, cotton)
• PM2.5 filters
• Disposable HEPA filters

Remember to change filters between each use for optimal effectiveness. Please note that filters are not included with the mask.

This mask was developed in partnership with physician consultant Dr. Jordan Lee Tate, MD, MPH, to serve as a protective cover for N95 masks. While it functions as a physical barrier, it is not a substitute for N95 or surgical masks and is not FDA approved. When used correctly, the Tuscany Face Mask can help reduce person-to-person droplet transmission.

Returns and Shipping Information

Due to the personal nature of this item, returns are only accepted if the mask is unopened. If you order multiple masks, we recommend opening one to ensure it fits properly, allowing you to return the others if necessary. Please be aware that quantities of each print are limited, and once sold out, they may not be restocked.

We are currently experiencing delays in shipping, with some packages taking up to a month to arrive. We will provide a tracking number and ship your order to UPS within two business days, but the duration of transit is beyond our control. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
