Our Ogliarola Garganica is the maximum expression of our land, the Gargano. The result is an important oil, intense and true like those who grow it. Ogliarola Garganica is a tasty spicy and bitter organic extra virgin olive oil, with long persistence of vegetal tones.
Intense green with golden hues, it is bursting with aromas of almond, tomato, freshly cut grass and artichoke. The mouth is filled with vegetal references: authoritative, rich, imposing but with a good taste balance.
