Role Description:

Spocket’s success in the first year has been around building a very active and engaged community. Our Facebook community has over 14,000 members and we are launching new initiatives for new communities around e-commerce and retail. You will be directly contributing to the company’s success by engaging our communities on Facebook, Spocket and other forums. You will boost Spocket's presence on online forums like Quora, Reddit and Shopify by answering customers' questions, contributing to the retail market and getting members of those groups excited about Spocket.

We are a small team and need a self-starter who can ramp quickly, manage multiple channels of leads and communities. There will be no shortage of opportunity to learn and grow as we continue to build the company in the coming months and years.   • Own the entire engagement process, right from the customer sign up to helping them having the first few sales
  • You are designing the entire user experience of first 30-120 days
  • User testing, use research and user interviews
  • Customer journey and lifecycle
  • Build lifelong relationships with retailers and suppliers online
  • You identify the current successful customers, help to identify more winning products and increase their GMV
  • You love talking with people and interviewing them.

  • 2+ years of sales, community management or customer success roles
  • Interviewed customers before, and familiar with creating customer journey and designing the user experience
